How to Process a Core Exchange for a Return Credit Equal to the Value of the Core.

MRP Core Return Instructions: 

1) When you have the part ready for return, please pack the core safely in the same shipping box the new part was received in. (If an RMA # is on your packing slip, please write the RMA# on the outside of the box.) 

2) Apply the Return Shipping Label MRP provided with the new part to the outside of the shipping box. 

3) Hand the return to the shipper. 

4) Once the core is received and inspected. MRP will close the RMA and refund the value of the core via the same method as payment was received.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country via our standard ecommerce process. 

If you reside in a country not listed, please call us at 1-708-597-4222. MRP will provide you with instructions on sending your prepayment, allowing us to ship your order.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
