Manufacturers supported by MRP include: Printronix, IBM, Dell, HP, Printek, Tally, Genicom, Sato, Zebra, Lexmark, Pidion/Bluebird and others. We have been the largest Printronix Authorized Spares Reseller in the world since 1997. Our factory trained engineers support all products that we sell.

Our service offerings include: Parts Repair, Managed Inventory, Logistics Support, and Technical Support.

We have been servicing a worldwide customer base of Service Companies, Brokers and End Users with Integrity and Value since 1996. The company headquarters is located in a 24,000 square foot facility in Warsaw, IN.

    Beginning our journey in 1996, MRP continues to provide an extensive range of computer hardware and maintenance solutions for the IT marketplace. In 2013, Quinn Data joined Midrange Repair & Parts of Alsip, IL. This venture has strengthened both Quinn Data and MRP’s offerings and services.

    To support the continuous growth of our companies, Quinn Data & MRP merged with ServIT in April 2021. ServIT is a leader in the IT and managed services industry. Our merger with ServIT adds both depth and breadth to current offerings, while bringing a wide array of additional capabilities. This includes a full portfolio of outsourced IT Services.Our combined companies allow us to provide expert staffing that is committed to quality and customer care.

    One very exciting benefit of our merger is the construction of a new 24,000 square-foot state-of-the-art depot repair center in Warsaw, Indiana.

ServIT's History

ServIT started over 20 years ago as an on-site “break/fix” solution provider catering to IBM hardware. We employed veteran engineers and technicians and placed our greatest value on providing high-quality personnel and solutions to our clients. ServIT started with a motto that is embedded in the company culture – to be “The Best Partner on the Planet”.
