Warranties
All refurbished equipment
carries a 90-day warranty.
Shipping Policy
- MRP ships WORLDWIDE using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. FedEx and UPS do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes. Our latest time to ship is 6:00 EST. Please contact your Sales Representative should you require a shipping quote.
Duties and Taxes
- Duties and Taxes are fees charged by the country of destination for imported goods. We are not responsible for the duties and taxes. Different countries have different fees depending on what is being imported and the cost of that product.
Freight Damage
- MRP is not responsible for damages incurred in transit; the shipping carrier is responsible.
- Damaged packages must be noted to freight carrier upon receipt of package. Damage claims must be reported to MRP immediately upon receipt of the damaged product. Product must remain in original packaging at the site until the carrier can inspect the product. Failure to do so will void MRP’s recovery rights and may result in charges to the customer.
- Customer may place a new order while the carrier is investigating the damage claim.
Core Exchange
- When you have the part ready for return, please pack the core safely in the same shipping box the new part was received in. (If an RMA # is on your packing slip, please write the RMA# on the outside of the box).
- Apply the Return Shipping Label MRP provided with the new part to the outside of the shipping box.
- Hand the return to the shipper.
- Once the core is received and inspected, MRP will close the RMA.
Warranty Policy
All parts that ship from MRP, A ServIT Company carry a 90-day warranty. Refurbished equipment (printers, terminals, tape drives, etc.) carry a 90-day warranty. New equipment is covered by the manufacturers warranty.
- Please call 708-597-4222 if you suspect a problem with the product you received from us. We require that this is done while you are on site so our factory trained engineers can verify the fault. Once it is verified that the product is faulty, you will be issued an RMA number. RMA numbers will not be issued if you do not have access to the product.
- If the product is DOA, we will ship you a replacement product on our account by the same method as your original order. If you require the product shipped by a different method, it will be at your expense.
- We may deduct replacement shipping charges incurred by MRP from the credit should the DOA part test good.
- Please write the RMA number on the package so we can identify the product being returned in order to process your return.
- Please return the product to our Warsaw facility for processing (137 Enterprise Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580).
- Returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA was issued or credit will not be issued.
- Returns must be packaged well enough to prevent damage to product.
- Good parts being returned because they are not needed or were ordered in error are subject to a 25% restock fee or a $ 35 minimum charge.**
- RMA numbers will not be issued for good part returns after 14 days from the date of shipment.
** SUPPLIES, THERMAL PRINTHEADS, AND MANUALS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
